Public transport tickets bought until January 31 will be valid until March 2, 100% of unused balance will be repaid
„Rīgas satiksme” informs that all public transport tickets bought until January 31, 2015 will be valid for 30 days, until March 2 (inclusive). If the tickets are not used until the above date, the customer has to visit one of customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme", where 100% of money will be repaid for unused tickets. It will be possible to receive the money for unused tickets until January 31, 2016.
The customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" are located at: Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības Street 384b, Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru Street 1, Vienības gatve 117a and Kurzemes Avenue 137. The centres are open: from 9.00 till 19.00 on workdays, from 10.00 till 16:00 on Saturdays, the customer service centre at Spīķeru Street 1 is open also on Sundays from 10:00 till 16:00. The working hours of the customer service centre at Brīvības Street 49/53: from 8.00 till 19.00 on workdays and from 10.00 till 15.00 on Saturdays.
